The K2 conservatory roof system is a fully BBA approved system which represents one of the highest quality roofs on the market today. It has been designed and engineered to last along with glazing materials which will make your new conservatory functional all year round. Ultraframe was the first conservatory roofing company to pass Europes most stringent testing regime and achieve BBA Certification. The Certificate states that 'the Ultraframe conservatory roof will have a life of at least 25 years'.

Take care to select a tried and tested roof. The roofing system has been loaded with the equivalent of 1.5 bags of cement per metre square. 1.5 times greater than required by Building Regulations.

When you sit in your conservatory, no one can imagine what the weather will impose on your roof. Over an average 25 years it would include:

• 15,300mm of rainfall
• 450 days with snow falling
• 57 days of hail the size of peas
• 9125 days with tempertures in the range of -15C in winter and +35C in summer
• 300 visits by window cleaners, house painters and aerialriggers
• BBA extreme weather testing to 110 mph.

RIDGEFLOW

Maintains security whilst reducing heat gain when the conservatory is unoccupied.

As warm air rises, the built in thermostat automatically switches the unit on.

Works in conjunction with the patented standard ridge trickle ventilation.

Up to four air changes per hour in a 3mx3m Victorian conservatory.

Very economical to run - with "whisper" bearings.
